LandTech is a B2B SaaS company that assists property developers in acquiring off-market land, offering a suite of tools and analytics for early-stage land acquisition and site evaluation.

I initially joined as a Design System designer, enabling product squads to build experiences efficiently and align design decisions as the team scales. I then transitioned into working within a product squad, providing a solid experience on how property developers manage & track their potential land acquisition opportunities.

Some of the projects that have generated a high impact include :
  • Provided a new strategy for designing and templating our data visualisations for our map interface, reducing the time required to design & implement a new dataset
  • I led on the creation of Atlas, Landtech's design system that enabled us to create new experiences at scale and launch into new markets rapidly.
  • Aligning the design team by guiding the creation of the design process that can be used across our respective product teams.

When I joined Bioepic as a Junior Product Designer to help take their unique non-invasive blood glucose measurement technology to market.

After seven months, I was promoted to Product Designer - looking after all creative output for the company and supporting and mentoring a team of  9 designers, innovators and copywriters.

In the last year and a half, the company has significantly down-sized and pivoted away from the aforementioned product.

Some of the projects that have generated a high impact include :
  • Researching and understanding how people live with diabetes both in the UK & China and their challenges and creating propositions that would be valuable to both cultures.
  • Creating a user research  lab and document templates to allow us to test regularly in-house.
  • Working on multiple propositions that could aid people with diabetes live an easier life.
Some of the design challenges I've tackled there.

Netsells was the start of my career and was primarily a development agency; I initially applied for a developer summer internship but discovered the world of user experience at University. That developer internship turned into a design internship and kicked off my career.

I designed my first app for the York Tourism Board, and the CEO was impressed with the process I carried out to get to the end goal and asked for my guidance on how we can implement such a process within the agency.

After University, I was employed full-time and worked with a team of 1 Designer and a BA to set up netsells' first in-house discovery process to help test, validate and scope their big ideas before they go and build the final solution.

Unfortunately, I had to leave due to Family reasons and moved closer to Wales.
